Avernus growled, as Abena joked with her about her 'compliment'. She ignored Ghost as he came and went, ignored the conversation between the other two, just focused on maintaining her anger. Her anger could be a horrible thing when unleashed. Eyes followed Ghost in the last seconds of his appearance and she looked at Abena, eyes narrowed.
"For your health, I advise that you not 'crack jokes' at my ways. My habits and ways are probably older then your ancestors themselves." She growled. Her eyes were turning black around the edges. Keep it in. This mortal is not worth your time. She thought to herself.

ooc: she's very down to earth, Avernus is. She doesn't like to mess around much. And I've had it said, by myself even, that she's a bit sadistic....>.<

Are those voices really other Varg? the brute asked himself as he ran toward them. His white pelt was mixed with a light gray on his spine and a bit of black on his face that looked almost like dirt. His sturdy legs pounded against the ground, gaining speed with every foot of ground he dashed across.
The birds and small mamals in the trees barely gave him any mind. His position was not of the hunting wolf, so they were safe from his jaws, for now. They instead watched the blur from the leaves, going about their buissness once again as it dissappeared.
The strange bruten's once barely audible breathing escalated for his quickned pack. His beed cheast heaved in and out to gather air for his hard-working muscles.
Unproudly, he turned around in mid-sprint and stopped almost on a dime. Above the wolf, a large raven circled around. So, the flying scavenger was following him... but why? Seeing the tuft of white feather on the bird's wing tip, he snarled angrily.
"Stay away from me raven. You track me to keep me from my sister, am I right? Well don't bother. I may not be as powerful as her in the category of special powers, but I have enough wit, cunning, wisdom, and strength to make her see the light!" His voice shot at the raven like a bullet. If only these words were as deadly...
The bird paid no heed the his mistress' brother. He only smirked, as if nothing had been said. "Why hello Sunburst, nice to see you again as well. Still have that nasty scar, do we?" The brute felt the mark on his back burn with anger.
Deciding he could do nothing more, Sunburst followed the scent silently, until coming across two femoras, alphenas no less. He could tell by the way they carried themselves that they were very high-ranking.
Stepping from the woods, Sun carried himself like a normal wolf. This land belonged to no one, he had scented that from the beginning. His nares opened slightly to breath in their scent. Both wolves were strangers to him.
Making no sign that he was of terribly lower rank, he only bowed quickly to show they still held more rank, however little, than him. He was not seeking to start a fight with these wolves. He could sense that their power far surpassed his.

[glow=orange,2,300]Abena let a knowing smirk cross her maw as she stared at her rival. Pathetic.. Just pathetic. Don't crack jokes, my ways are older then yours, blah, blah, blah Giving a impulsive snort, she looked over at Ghost and glared, then back over at the grouchy alphen.
"Whatever you say dear, whatever you say" she replied critically, only saying this to annoy her even more. Sleek, amberized peltage bristling in defense, she held her head high, and waited for this so-called-alpha to reply. Or if she even dared.[/glow]
